A leading organisation is seeking two experienced and confident People Business Partners to join its People team on six‑month fixed‑term contracts.

About the Role

The successful candidates will join a proactive, collaborative People function dedicated to delivering high‑quality support and creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported and able to thrive.

This is a strategic, forward‑thinking business partnering role. The organisation is navigating a period of change, and the People Business Partners will play a pivotal part in strengthening leadership capability, supporting organisational design and embedding initiatives that enhance performance, culture and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, offering insight, challenge and practical people solutions
  • Support organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development
  • Use data and insight to influence decisions and shape people strategy
  • Manage complex ER matters with fairness, consistency and strong legal grounding
  • Drive talent, development and progression initiatives
  • Lead and deliver impactful people projects that enhance colleague experience
  • Champion equity, diversity and inclusion and role‑model inclusive behaviours
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the People team

  • Experienced People/HR Business Partners with strong generalist HR expertise
  • Confident advisors with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Strategic, solutions‑focused thinkers comfortable navigating complexity
  • Strong grounding in ER and employment law
  • Inclusive, relationship‑driven professionals with a people‑centred approach
  • Ability to use data and evidence to inform strategy and decision‑making
