  • Operational Excellence: Be at the forefront of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession planning, compliance, and new hire orientation in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Local Leadership: Serve as the boots-on-the-ground HR presence for the Miami site, identifying issues and resolving day-to-day employee concerns.
  • Global Collaboration: Influence corporate strategies by sharing best practices and insights from Miami operations.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience: Progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a fast-paced operations or manufacturing environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Skills:

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS systems, benefits administration, and employee engagement strategies.

Why Join?

  • Be part of a growing global organization with strong leadership and resources.
  • Opportunity to make an impact in a new location with significant growth plans.
  • Collaborative, family-oriented culture with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
