Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a Country HR Manager to join their Singapore office. This is a pivotal country‑level role, offering broad HR generalist responsibility within a firm that values collaboration, professionalism, and high standards.

This individual will be responsible for end‑to‑end HR support for the Singapore office, acting as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to partners and senior stakeholders. The scope includes the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, recruitment support, performance management, employee relations, payroll and benefits coordination, and policy administration. The role will also involve close collaboration with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment with firmwide frameworks while addressing local regulatory and business requirements.

The Country HR Manager will partner closely with leadership on workforce planning, organisational changes, and people initiatives, while providing pragmatic and compliant HR guidance in a professional services environment. The role requires a hands‑on HR generalist who is comfortable operating independently, managing priorities effectively, and balancing operational delivery with advisory responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and service‑oriented HR professional with strong stakeholder management skills, ideally gained within professional services, consulting, or other partnership‑driven environments. Experience working in a standalone or lean HR set‑up, as well as exposure to regional or global HR structures, will be highly regarded.
