HR System Administrator
Our client, a renowned banking institution, are seeking an HR System Administrator to join their HR Systems and Controlling team in Hamburg. It is an exciting role ideal for someone who is tech savvy, analytical, and would like to dive into broader projects.
HR System Administrator
Your tasks:
- Further development, optimization, as well as system administration, in particular of the recruiting system Avature
- Interface between the HR and IT departments, as well as the system provider.
- Independent coordination with key stakeholders (HR, key users, process owners, in-house IT and external service providers)
- Support for further developments and system adaptations
- Participation in digitalization initiatives with regard to HR process harmonization
Your profile:
- First hand experience in HR projects or HR systems (e.g. Perbit, Avature, SAP, Workday)
- Project Experience, Agile Project Management (Scrum)
- High affinity for digitalization topics in the HR environment and interest in new tools and methods
- Fluent in German & English (program is in English)
- Initiative, flexibility and strong communication skills
