Human Resources Manager – Education Sector
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a leading education entity in Hong Kong. This role carries a strong HR Business Partner scope, focusing on supporting the HK market and driving strategic HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in change management and transformation projects, with the ability to influence stakeholders and implement organizational improvements effectively. Experience in the education sector or NGOs will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership and staff, providing strategic HR guidance.
- Lead and support change management and transformation initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee core HR functions including talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in HR management with a strong focus on change management and transformation.
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong labor market and employment regulations.
- Experience in education or NGO sectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
