Learning & Development Manager
We are delighted to support a leading international professional services firm to recruit an experienced Learning & Development Manager to shape and deliver the firm’s professional skills and talent development agenda across the UK & EMEA.
In this pivotal role, you will design, deliver and continuously enhance a suite of development programmes, curate high‑quality learning content, and partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet evolving organisational needs. You will also drive engagement with the L&D offering and provide guidance to managers and individuals on career and development planning.
You will oversee key processes, manage budgets, build strong internal relationships, and provide line management to junior team members within a collaborative Talent function.
About You
You will bring:
- Experience in a learning & development role within professional services/fee earning environment is essential
- Experience delivering business development training is also essential
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are a must
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively is crucial
