Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering on a confidential search for a newly created Manager, Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) role with a top-tier organisation within the industrial and chemical sector.

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join its Hong Kong team. This is a newly strengthened role within HR, reporting directly to the Head of Compensation & Benefits, and will play a key part in enhancing the organisation’s rewards capability to support ongoing expansion.

This position focuses heavily on compensation strategy, analytics, and hands‑on delivery, partnering closely with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and regional teams. It is ideally suited for a rewards professional with 8-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, particularly those with a strong foundation in rewards analytics and data handling. Candidates from leading consulting firms are welcome, although some exposure to in‑house environments is highly preferred to ensure practical execution and stakeholder alignment.

The role will take ownership of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus planning, while supporting participation in market surveys and translating insights into actionable recommendations. It will involve analysing reward data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, managing benefits programmes, and supporting payroll coordination across multiple locations. Experience with HRIS and system implementation is advantageous, but the primary focus remains on deep Compensation & Benefits expertise and data‑driven insights.

The position requires someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and commercially minded, with strong analytical capability and the confidence to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential, given the cross‑regional nature of the role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated rewards professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is looking to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.
