Manager Executive Compensation
Representing a diversified media and entertainment group, we are proud to be leading the search for a Manager, Executive Compensation. This newly created role will lead the design and administration of executive pay and equity programs in alignment with strategic business priorities.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to shape governance, drive process improvement, and influence senior leadership across a dynamic organization. As the Manager, Executive Compensation, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the execution of executive compensation strategies, including base pay, annual incentives, and long-term equity programs
- Preparing materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including benchmarking, pay-for-performance analysis, and scenario modeling
- Conducting market research and peer group analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and HR on executive agreements, SEC disclosures, and governance matters
- Managing equity plan administration, including grant processing, vesting schedules, exercises, and terminations
- Ensuring accurate recordkeeping and reporting through equity platforms
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
- Leading employee education efforts related to equity programs, including executive-level communications
- Supporting executive compensation disclosures, including CD&A, proxy statements, and other filings
- Driving continuous improvement in compensation and equity processes, systems, and policies
