People Business Partner
We are partnering with a leading software business who are navigating rapid growth on a global scale. With 1500 employees across the US, EMEA and APAC, they have an opportunity for an experienced People Partner to provide dedicated support to the established Australian business.
Joining a global people team and reporting to an APAC HRD in Singapore, you will partner with all people leaders and employees to provide input and advice on all employee issues whilst delivering HR initiatives and programs to help drive business objectives and ensure an exceptional employee experience.
About the role:
- Provide coaching and advice to all employees and leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders to support them in building high performance teams
- Support across the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding, performance management, leadership development, organisation design and development, talent management, remuneration & benefits
- Lead and support on local, regional and global people programs
- Provide ad hoc support to the wider APAC teams
What you’ll bring:
- 3 to 5 years experience in an advisory / business partnering role
- Experience across the whole employee lifecycle
- Sound knowledge of current employment legislation
- A self starter who thrives in an autonomous environment
- Experience working in SaaS / Technology (preferred)
Based near Sydney CBD, they offer hybrid/flexible working with 3 days office based.
