Recruitment Manager (FTC in Insurance)
9-12 Month Fixed-Term Contract | Start June
An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager is required to provide maternity cover for a high-growth insurance business.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role with responsibility for delivering hiring across the UK, Europe and Asia. You will lead recruitment activity while remaining closely involved in sourcing and hiring mid‑ to senior‑level and business‑critical roles.
Key responsibilities include delivering the recruitment strategy, managing agency partnerships and budgets, strengthening employer branding, driving direct sourcing and referral activity, and ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation across multiple regions. You will work within a wider HR team as the lead Talent Acquisition specialist.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Manager
- In-house recruitment background within financial services, ideally insurance
- Experience in a commercial or high growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on, delivery-focused approach
9-12 month FTC starting in June. Hybrid or office-based working depending on location.
