Recruitment / TA Manager (HK based)
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering on a confidential search for a fast‑growing organisation within the industrial manufacturing and chemical sector is expanding rapidly and is seeking an experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Manager to support its continued growth. This is a newly created role driven by business expansion and increasing hiring demand across manufacturing, engineering, and technical functions.
Candidates with prior experience in the chemical sector and exposure to the China / Greater Bay Area (GBA) are highly welcomed, including those open to relocating to Hong Kong.
The Recruitment / TA Manager will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while remaining hands‑on in end‑to‑end recruitment execution. The role focuses heavily on manufacturing sites, engineers, and technical hiring, supporting the organisation’s expansion and operational excellence.
The position requires a seasoned TA professional with at least 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, ideally combining a strong agency background with mandatory in‑house experience. Candidates with prior exposure to industrial manufacturing or chemical environments are a strong fit, particularly those who have recruited for engineers, technical specialists, or site‑based roles.
This role operates in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment and will act as a strategic talent advisor to the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building sustainable talent pipelines, proactively sourcing senior and niche profiles, and leveraging market intelligence and salary benchmarks across Hong Kong and the wider region. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as the role partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR peers to align recruitment outcomes with organisational objectives.
In addition to hands‑on recruitment delivery, the role will drive recruitment‑related projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, systems, and processes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and system implementation projects is a strong advantage. The ability to use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimise recruitment strategies is critical to success.
The ideal candidate is upbeat, execution‑focused, commercially minded, and thrives in a growth environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required to support cross‑functional and cross‑border hiring needs.
