Regional Assistant HR Manager – Renewable Energy

We are delighted to partner exclusively with a leading Renewable Energy company which has displayed a strong YOY performance. This is a progressive business with an impressive track record and an innovative and creative culture. As part of their business expansion plans in APAC, they are looking for a hands-on Assistant HR Manager (Generalist role) to join the Singapore regional office.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be part of the regional HR team having responsibility for the full spectrum of HR functions for the business. You will be responsible to run HR projects, managing HR operations, payroll (outsourced), talent development, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment support and participate in Compensation and Benefits exercises.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of HR experience in an MNC. You should come with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and engage across the different business units. You should possess a strong understanding of Singapore Employment Law and is comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Up to SGD 85,000 per annum + Bonus
