About The Role

Working as part of a collaborative global payroll team and drawing on your payroll expertise, you will take on a client‑facing role that blends hands‑on delivery with service governance.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage a diverse portfolio of global payroll clients, overseeing end‑to‑end payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

· Monitor and respond to urgent payroll queries through global mailboxes, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.

· Coordinate with offshore delivery teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

· Partner with technology and operational teams to support payroll system enhancements, implementations, and process improvements.

· Lead regular client governance meetings, including payroll KPI reviews and service performance discussions.

· Manage client enhancement requests, project plans, and business requirements, ensuring priorities are delivered effectively and on time.

Experience And Skills:

· Proven experience in a client‑facing global payroll role, managing multi‑country payrolls and complex stakeholder requirements.

· Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

· Experience working with payroll systems and supporting technology enhancements or implementations.

· Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading client meetings and presenting payroll KPIs and service updates.

· A proactive, service‑driven mindset, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and continuously improve processes.
