Senior HR Advisor / Junior HRBP

I am delighted to work with a manufacturing business in Gloucester to recruit a permanent Senior HR Advisor/ Junior HR Business Partner. As the permanent HR Generalist, you will provide support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include;

You will specifically partner with the shop floor and become first point of contact for employee and line managers alike, providing advice and support on policies and processes. You will manage employee relations cases, leading on investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. You will work closely with line managers and business leaders to support and coach them wherever appropriate. You can also get involved in process improvement, implementation and projects in areas such as L&D, engagement, systems, benefits and policies.

What you need to succeed:

You are a hardworking, diligent and organised HR Advisor with excellent communication skills. You ideally have experience working in a blue-collar environment and you enjoy employee relations. This is a great opportunity to work for a hugely successful business on an HR journey, where you’ll have a direct and tangible impact on how that journey progresses. This position is full time on site in Gloucester.
