Senior HR Manager

Our client is a global law firm hiring a Senior HR Manager, Americas leading a team in support of the global Business Services (non-attorney) population. This role will report to the Director of HR for Business Services and partner with the Americas CPO and Heads of Business Services groups to influence the global people agenda in a highly visible seat.

The role will have a broad HR remit, partnering closely with HR COEs while remaining hands-on across a broad generalist remit, including org design, end-to-end ER and performance management. The firm is seeking relevant HR experience in legal, professional or financial services environments, and well-rounded HRBP experience inclusive of strong organizational design skills and meaningful people/team management experience. Outstanding relationship building, communications and influencing abilities are key to success. The role is based in Midtown NYC, 4 days in office.
