Senior Manager, HR Business Partner
Our esteemed client, an iconic fashion brand, seeks an exceptional Senior Manager, HRBP to play a pivotal role in supporting their global technology workforce. This dynamic position involves partnering with business leaders and associates to drive forward HR initiatives that align with strategic objectives while also remaining hands-on with day to day HR offerings. Responsibilities encompass supporting transformative initiatives, overseeing HR processes, implementing talent strategies, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 6-8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally within large, global, and complex retail or corporate environments, demonstrating exceptional communication, analytical, and influencing skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates holding SHRM certification.
This role offers a competitive salary of $130-150K plus bonus, with a hybrid work arrangement of three days onsite in the Edison, NJ area (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays). Experience with Workday, Excel and strong analytical skills are essential.
