Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology & Data Recruitment (Contract)
Manchester | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | 3-6 Month Contract
Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support a period of growth across its Technology and Data functions.
This is a hands-on role, managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, data and analytics vacancies while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality, commercially focused recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver successful hiring outcomes.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn and networking activities.
- Drive a direct sourcing-first approach while managing agency relationships where required.
- Produce recruitment reporting and market insights.
- Manage offers, contracts and onboarding administration through the ATS.
- Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
About You
- Proven in-house or RPO recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record recruiting technology, data and analytics professionals.
- Ability to understand technical skillsets and robustly assess candidate suitability.
- Experienced in direct sourcing, talent pipelining and competency-based interviewing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong recruitment systems experience (Oracle experience advantageous).
- Proactive, organised and adaptable, with a hands-on approach.
- Financial Services or Insurance recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
