An exciting retail group with a renowned brand name going through growth and expansion. It is one of the world’s most reputable and successful global corporations. We have been invited to their stores and have been impressed. Due to continuing business needs and aggressive expansion in the region, they are currently seeking a high calibre Talent Acquisition Executive to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will need to understand the hiring needs in depth and partner closely with the hiring managers and stakeholders to develop different sourcing and hiring strategies. By doing so, you will be able to successfully fulfill the business’s recruiting needs. While you are sourcing, you will be required to identify, attract, and close candidates that are aligned with the hiring plans. In addition, you will also be required to develop an efficient hiring process to ensure that you can deliver candidates that meets the hiring goals.

The successful candidate ideally would require at least 3 years‘ experience in Recruitment function. Prior experience working in volume recruitment will be a plus. It would be excellent if the candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively. In addition, it will be ideal with the successful candidate has prior experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages and worked in a fast-paced environment. It would be preferred if the successful candidate prior experience doing mass recruitment, campus recruitment, internship and or management traineeship programs.
