Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading international financial institution to appoint a dynamic and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to join their Malaysia office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally respected organization that values innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being.
This individual will be responsible for managing and executing compensation and benefits programs across the region, ensuring alignment with global policies while addressing local market needs. The role offers a strong blend of operational delivery and strategic involvement, including participation in annual compensation cycles, benefits review, and regional benchmarking initiatives.
In addition to core responsibilities, this position provides significant exposure to senior stakeholders, offering opportunities to collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance teams, and global Total Rewards colleagues to drive impactful reward strategies.
The successful candidate will be an analytical and solutions-driven professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for creating competitive and equitable reward frameworks. Prior experience in compensation and benefits within financial services or multinational environments is highly desirable.
