But what we are seeing, not only from our survey but from roles we are currently hiring is the disconnect between leaders demanding people back in the office and employees expecting flexibility.
Angela Franks, Head of Frazer Jones Australia commented that a lot of companies are still deciding whether they mandate a return to the office or not, however, the data from our survey revealed that many people want the choice and prefer a working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 WFH.
