Recruitment Manager
A leading private healthcare provider in Central London is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to drive talent acquisition across clinical and non-clinical roles. The Role
You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on clinician hiring, while supporting roles across core functions such as HR and Marketing. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinician recruitment with a high-touch, relationship-driven approach
- Manage full-cycle hiring across all departments
- Develop attraction strategies and represent the brand at events
- Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring with business needs
- Track KPIs and manage recruitment budgets
About You
- Established Recruitment or Talent Acquisition professional
- Healthcare or clinical recruitment experience essential
- Strong stakeholder and candidate engagement
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment

This is a full-time role with the expectation to be on-site as per the needs of the role. Office based working Monday-Friday is preferred, however we are also able to consider applicants requiring hybrid working who can commit to a minimum of 3 office days per week.
