Compensation Director
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking to hire Compensation professionals at all levels who have strong Workday knowledge.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyzing compensation policies and practices to ensure they support the business unit’s goals, providing recommendations for enhancements to compensation programs as appropriate
- Collaborating with partners in HR and at times, in the business, to develop solutions that meet the compensation needs of the business.
- Adapting existing analytical methods to evaluate compensation structures and their market alignment. Lead benchmarking processes
- Identifying ways to elevate compensation reporting and analytics to drive efficiency and deliver valuable insights to the business.
- Leading compensation-related projects with a strategic focus on business objectives. In particular, leading the year end compensation process from an execution focus.
- Training colleagues on the use of compensation tools and systems to enhance departmental capabilities.
- Interpreting and applying relevant laws and regulations to maintain compliance in compensation practices.
- Providing technical expertise in compensation to support the broader HR initiatives.
