Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into a forward-looking HR technology roadmap.
  • Act as the primary contact for system enhancements and new solution requests, ensuring smooth intake and prioritization.
  • Align all technology initiatives with the broader HR digital strategy, with a strong focus on improving the employee experience.
  • Oversee the stability and scalability of the HR systems environment, ensuring it can adapt to changing business needs.
  • Drive improvements through system optimization, automation, and integration, leveraging emerging tools and AI capabilities.
  • Lead evaluations and implementations of new platforms or tools, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage HR technology projects end-to-end, coordinating with governance and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including performance reviews and ensuring vendor roadmaps align with business objectives.
  • Stay informed on HR tech trends and identify opportunities to introduce innovative solutions.
  • Share knowledge and mentor team members to strengthen internal capabilities.
  • Partner with HR Operations and IT to maintain governance and accountability for approved system changes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in HR technology, HRIS, and data analytics.
  • Expertise in system development, vendor selection, and automation within complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with major HR platforms such as Workday HCM (including Recruiting and Talent modules), UKG/Kronos, and case management tools.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes across payroll, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability to configure workflows and business rules within HR systems.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities, influencing stakeholders, and promoting a digital-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with audits and data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8-10 years of equivalent experience.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree (Master’s) in a relevant discipline.
