Our client is a powerful proprietary trading company, over 30 years of experiences in the market and HQ of Asia based in Hong Kong.
A Recruiting Coordinator to support our client in Experienced Hire Recruiting team as they identify, interview, and hire experienced professionals in our Asia offices.
Someone with excellent attention to detail and ability to balance process efficiency with genuine empathy for candidates, who also understands the importance of putting people first and maintaining the human element of recruiting.
- 0-2 years of professional experience or a relevant recruiting/HR internship preferred
- No financial industry experience required
- Fluency in English required
- Upbeat, sharp, excellent communication skills
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, candidates, and search firms
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Approachable and humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help
- Self-starter who works efficiently and is comfortable managing several different projects and priorities
- Interested in the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools
