Group Head of HR Technology
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Group Head of HR Technology to lead the transformation of HR systems and processes across a global platform. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the HR technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of systems to enhance employee experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global HR technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the deployment, optimization, and governance of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify technology needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across all HR systems.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee system upgrades and integrations.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR technology team.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in HR technology leadership within complex, global organizations.
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
