Prior to joining Frazer Jones, Walter spent over three years recruiting professionals across the architecture and design industry. His background in operations, live events, production and stage management has equipped him with exceptional organizational and client service skills. Walter holds a BFA in Theatre Production with a concentration in Stage Management from Point Park University and is passionate about building long-term talent partnerships.
