Compensation Lead
Our client, a prominent leader in the financial services sector, is seeking a dynamic Compensation Lead. This pivotal role involves direct reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Head of Global Compensation at the parent company. You will play a key role in establishing and structuring the compensation function, implementing essential processes, and driving innovation.
Key Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience in compensation and data management within the financial or professional services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel.
- Ability to work both tactically and strategically, with a hands-on approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- The role requires working onsite in midtown Manhattan four days a week.
