A senior‑level benefits professional responsible for supporting and administering employee benefits programs across multiple jurisdictions as part of a globally aligned HR function. This role owns day‑to‑day benefits operations, supports program enhancements, and contributes to broader, cross‑regional initiatives as needed.

The successful candidate will be highly detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with competing priorities. Strong stakeholder management, organization, and process discipline are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits Administration & Operations

  • Own end‑to‑end administration of employee benefits programs across multiple regions, including retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and other total rewards offerings.
  • Support annual and off‑cycle benefits activities, ensuring accurate and timely information flow to internal partners such as HR, payroll, finance, and tax.
  • Maintain working knowledge of benefits‑related compliance requirements and develop deeper expertise over time.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage enrollments, file transfers, issue resolution, and renewals.
  • Partner with internal systems teams to troubleshoot data issues, integrations, and operational challenges.
  • Manage incoming benefits inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate responses in line with established service standards.
  • Maintain organized electronic records to support compliance, audits, and internal governance requirements.

Projects, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Support benefits activities beyond core regions as required.
  • Contribute to benefits reporting, analytics, and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Support global or enterprise‑wide benefits projects, including process improvements and program enhancements.
  • Assist with internal and external audit preparation and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, systems, legal, and payroll partners to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment.
  • Research benefits trends, legislative updates, and best practices to support a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Prepare and validate data for systems integrations and vendor interfaces.
  • Document, review, and improve benefits processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Participate in broader HR or cross‑functional projects as assigned.
