We are delighted to support our client, a global IT company in their search for a dynamic HR Business Partner. This pivotal role involves providing exceptional support to global teams, working with various internal customers to shape and develop departments, ensuring employees thrive and contribute significantly to the organisation. The role includes leading key HR projects across different countries, supporting local HR teams with tools and strategies from the group team.

The position offers extensive professional growth opportunities through diverse projects, such as enhancing the employee experience, building strong succession plans, and deploying career frameworks. The ideal candidate will have proven HRBP experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders. They should be innovative, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. A CIPD qualification, experience in a global organisation, and familiarity with HR systems like Workday are beneficial. Previous experience utilising the Willis Towers Watson career framework is also beneficial. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic and commercially focused, ready to make a significant impact on a global scale.
