Global Rewards Manager
Our client, a globally recognized conglomerate, is seeking an accomplished Global Rewards Manager to spearhead the harmonization and standardization of rewards programs across multiple regions. This is a high-impact role where you will lead critical initiatives-including bonus scheme redesign, pay structure transformation, job evaluation frameworks, and global benchmarking-to ensure alignment with business strategy while fostering fairness and competitiveness worldwide.
In this role, you will act as the architect of the company’s global rewards strategy, working closely with regional HR and leadership teams to assess, redesign, and implement best-in-class programs. Your mandate will include diagnosing current state challenges, designing scalable solutions, and driving adoption across diverse markets. You will ensure compliance with local regulations while advancing a unified philosophy, balancing global consistency with regional nuances. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights on trends, risks, and innovations in total rewards.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in global rewards management, with deep expertise in compensation structures, incentive programs, and job evaluation methodologies. You should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, and exceptional project management capabilities. A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders across different cultures, will be essential. Prior experience in consultancy firm and familiarity with harmonizing rewards across regions will be highly advantageous.
