Job Title: Temporary HR Analyst

Location: Midtown Manhattan (Hybrid – several remote days per month)

Industry: Commercial Real Estate

Employment Type: Contract (Ongoing)

Pay Rate: $35-$40 per hour

Position Overview

The firm is seeking an Temporary HR Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This role will provide broad generalist support and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations. Reporting to the Head of HR and working closely with a small, experienced team, the HR Analyst will support a variety of functions including:

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits and manage related invoicing
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Assist with compliance tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of broad HR experience, ideally in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Familiarity with both exempt and non-exempt employee populations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
