We’re looking for a confident and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join the London HQ. Reporting into the HR Director based in New York, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda across the UK business. This is a hands-on, generalist role with a strong focus on business partnering, culture, and performance.
About the Business:
This high-energy, entrepreneurial organisation is renowned for their ability to attract and develop early talent. With a strong presence across the UK and US, they’ve scaled rapidly over the past two years and continue to evolve and adapt as their US footprint continues to grow at pace.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO (London-based) and Head of the London team to drive people strategy.
- Lead on all generalist HR activity, from employee relations to performance and engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and team leads, particularly within a sales/revenue-generating environment.
- Support and coach an HR Assistant (direct report).
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- HR business partnering experience, ideally in a fast-paced, commercial setting (e.g. recruitment, tech, SaaS, retail, or hospitality).
- Strong generalist background – experience in smaller businesses preferred over large CoE structures.
- Confident, credible, and able to hold your own on a busy sales floor.
- Pragmatic, pacey, and commercially minded – someone who thrives in a high-growth, evolving environment.
- High priority hire: Available to start ideally within no more than one month’s notice.
Why Apply?
- Join a business with a clear vision, strong leadership, and a people-first mindset.
- Hybrid set up: Work in a collaborative, high-energy office 4 days per week in-office and one from home.
- Be part of a journey – this is a role with real scope for growth and development.
