Interim HR Business Partner

For an International Logistics organisation in Rotterdam we are recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner.

Are you a strategic HR Business Partner ready to guide your team which is going trough an transformation in a fast-paced environment? Join us as our HR Business Partner for Finance, where you’ll step into a high-impact project supporting a finance team undergoing dynamic change.

About the role
This is a project-based assignment (approx. 80% focus on the assignment), with a focus on guiding the Finance team through transformation. You’ll also oversee ongoing HR work (approx. 20%).
They expect both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement, with the opportunity to elevate the operational setup toward a more forward-looking, high-level approach. You’ll report directly to an inspirational HR leader who cares deeply for her team.

What we’re looking for
Solid HR BP experience or transformation contexts
Strategic mindset with a willingness to roll up sleeves when needed
Clear communicator with ability to influence at all levels
Availability for 32 hours/week over 3 on-site days
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Practical info
Location – Rotterdam
Hours – 32 hours/week
On-site – 3 days in the office, 1 from home
Period – 6-8 month assignment (potential extension)
Latest Start – 1st September | On-site: 3 days/week
