Payroll and Benefits Manager
Our client is a software developer with a growing national footprint. They are currently seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager to lead payroll operations and benefits administration across a diverse, multi-site workforce.
As the Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing biweekly and semimonthly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees
- Ensuring payroll accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
- Managing payroll systems, audits, reconciliations, and reporting in coordination with Finance
- Administering garnishments, deductions, PTO accruals, and special pay scenarios
- Leading benefits programs including health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life, disability, and 401(k)
- Coordinating open enrollment, vendor relationships, and employee education
- Administering leaves of absence and workers‘ compensation claims
- Ensuring compliance with ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and other regulations
- Preparing and filing required reports and supporting audits
- Serving as the primary contact for employee payroll and benefits inquiries
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, and Legal on cross-functional initiatives
