People Business Partner
I am delighted to be supporting an amazing social innovation business to appoint a People Business Partner.
The role..
As People Business Partner you will work closely with the People Director to deliver and embed the people strategy for your client group. You will have oversight of a client of c250 employees and business partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver effect and efficient people processes. You will directly line manage two HR Advisors offering development and coaching, you will also work closely with the rest of the HR team including recruitment and learning and development.
This role is a blend of strategic and operational delivery including employee engagement, EDI, complex employee relations and HR projects. Within this role you will be given autonomy and accountability to really get to the heart of the people issues and develop fit for purpose people solutions to support them.
About you..
As an experienced People Business Partner you will have worked across a complex organisation with driven and ambitious employees. You will have excellent employee relations experience and feel comfortable and confident managing this and developing the support you offer to enable your stakeholders. You will have business partnered with multiple stakeholders and have the ability to build effective relationships quickly with a pro-active approach to supporting on people processes linked to their team’s business objectives.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability review data and use this as a tool to influence change or advise on data-based decision making. Within this role you will get a chance to work across HR projects and embed the strategy so good project management and organisational skills are needed. The People team and business work collaboratively and have a purpose lead vision, therefore you should have a commercial mindset, great communication and a team player attitude.
You will directly line manage a HR Advisor and a Senior HR Advisor so experience of line management is essential.

Salary: £62,000 – £68,000 + benefits
