Recruiting Analyst
Our client is a renowned, global financial services firm looking to hire a Recruiting Analyst. This role will support full-cycle recruiting and coordination across a diverse corporate functions portfolio, with exposure to investing hiring in addition. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to build pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and support hiring delivery across critical business areas.
We are seeking approximately 2 years of professional experience including 1 year of relevant lateral recruiting experience or exposure. Backgrounds in agency sourcing, recruiting coordination, or executive support transitioning into recruiting could be relevant. A foundational understanding of full lifecycle recruiting, even without full ownership, is sought, with exposure to sourcing and direct candidate interaction. Highly organized professionals with strong problem-solving abilities and professional presence, who have comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities will thrive in this fast-paced environment. Experience in financial or professional services is preferred.
The firm is hybrid, 3 days in office.
