Regional HR Business Partner
Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a high‑growth, international organisation to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner. With a growing regional footprint across Asia Pacific, the business is now seeking a hands‑on HR leader who can bring together strong generalist capability with commercially grounded business partnering. You will play an instrumental role in driving operational excellence while working closely with leadership on the broader people and organizational agenda.
Reporting to the APAC CEO and the global HR leadership team, you will oversee the full spectrum of the HR lifecycle. This includes managing day‑to‑day HR operations, employee relations, and policy governance, while also advising senior leaders on talent management, organisation design, performance development and capability building. As the region strengthens its operating model, you will participate in defining and embedding HR practices that will support long‑term regional growth and organizational effectiveness.
You will lead all operational HR activities across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and partnering with external providers to manage payroll and essential HR processes. In addition, you will own regional talent initiatives, champion engagement and culture-building activities, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across commercial, operational and functional teams. The role demands someone who is both tactically capable and strategically minded, comfortable navigating the full breadth of HR in a hands‑on capacity.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, and possess 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience with a solid track record in the full spectrum of HR activities. Prior exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments would be highly beneficial. You should demonstrate the ability to balance strategic partnership with day‑to‑day execution, operate independently within a lean structure, and work effectively within matrixed and multicultural environment.
