Senior HR Business Partner

I am delighted to be supporting a global data and technology business to appoint an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. The role will work alongside senior leaders, influencing business decisions, driving organisational effectiveness, and helping teams thrive across multiple regions and time zones.

This is an opportunity for a commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery. You’ll partner with leadership teams, navigate organisational change, and help create an outstanding employee experience while supporting ambitious business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll:

  • Partner with leadership teams to shape workforce and people strategies.
  • Lead and support initiatives across workforce planning, organisational design and transformation.
  • Coach and support managers on talent, performance, engagement and employee relations matters.
  • Drive successful change initiatives and help embed new ways of working.
  • Collaborate with specialist People teams to deliver integrated, business-focused solutions.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across global teams.
  • Use data, insights and HR expertise to influence decision-making and solve complex organisational challenges.

We’re Looking For:

You will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner that has ideally worked in global or international tech, data or analytics businesses. You’re likely the kind of person who sees beyond policies and processes and understands that great people decisions drive great business outcomes. You’ve built credibility with senior leaders, not just because of your HR expertise, but because you genuinely understand the commercial and organisational challenges they face.

You will have spent your career partnering with complex, global organisations, navigating different cultures, markets and employment landscapes. You’ve led through periods of growth, transformation and change, helping leaders make confident decisions while keeping employee experience at the centre.

We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable challenging a leadership team on strategic workforce decisions as they are coaching an individual manager through a sensitive people matter. Someone who can move seamlessly between the big picture and the detail, bringing both insight and pragmatism.

You’ll bring:

  • Significant experience as a HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed and international environment.
  • A track record of supporting commercial, go-to-market, technology or data-focused teams through growth and change.
  • Broad expertise across areas such as organisational design, talent management, employee relations, performance, engagement and workforce planning.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation across multiple countries and regions.
  • A naturally curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn complex problems into practical solutions.
  • A passion for creating environments where people, teams and organisations can perform at their best.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex organisational challenges, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact through people.
