Key Responsibilities
* Lead recruitment for sales and commercial roles, ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted business partner.
* Develop and implement talent development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
* Map future talent needs and build proactive pipelines aligned with business strategy.
* Enhance employer branding and drive engagement across internal and external audiences.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align talent strategies with commercial goals.
