Vice President LTI Compensation
Key things candidates must have:
- VP level so… at least 10 years of LTI/Equity Comp experience
- Buyside industry experience is ideal but general fin serv can also work
- Accounting background
- Carry experience is a must
- Strong project mgmt. skills
- Advanced excel / analytical skills / team player / strong comms skills
- Hybrid – 3 days in office is a must
- Reporting into Head of LTI Compensation based in NY
- Team is Head, 1 VP, 1 non-titled/junior person – this is an add to staff due to growth of responsibilities on the team – aka the carry piece.
