Timothy specialises in mid to senior-level HR search across Southeast Asia based in Singapore. He partners primarily with leading multinational organisations across sectors including commodities, energy, FMCG, shipping, technology, data centres, portfolio companies and logistics. Acting as a trusted adviser to CEOs, boards, investors and functional leaders, he helps organisations identify and secure HR talent capable of driving growth, transformation and organisational effectiveness across the region.

With extensive search and recruitment experience spanning Singapore, Vietnam and the UK, Timothy has built a strong track record of delivering senior leadership appointments within complex, relationship-driven markets. He combines deep market knowledge with a consultative, research-led approach and an extensive network of senior professionals. Having lived and worked across multiple markets, he brings a nuanced understanding of Southeast Asia’s diverse talent landscape and the evolving challenges organisations face in attracting and retaining HR talent. Timothy holds a BA (Hons) in Classical Civilisation from the University of Nottingham, UK.
