Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to appoint a Benefits Manager into their growing global HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced benefits professional to join a firm that is investing in its global reward function and reviewing how its benefits offering is structured, communicated and delivered across an international population.

Reporting to the Global Head of Reward, the Benefits Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering the firm’s global benefits strategy. The role will focus on ensuring the benefits offering remains competitive, market aligned and supportive of employee wellbeing, engagement and retention.

The firm operates across a sizeable international office network and has seen significant growth over recent years. The culture is described as friendly, collaborative and authentic, with a strong family feel. This would suit someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, working closely with regional HR teams and external providers, and bringing structure to a growing global benefits landscape.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and manage the firm’s global benefits programme and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the wider people and business strategy.

· Review and enhance benefits offerings to ensure they remain competitive across local markets.

· Partner closely with regional HR teams, Finance, leadership and external providers.

· Manage relationships with benefits providers and the global benefits broker.

· Lead annual benefits renewals, contract negotiations and provider reviews.

· Oversee benefits implementation, administration and ongoing governance.

· Monitor benefits utilisation, employee feedback, expenditure and areas for improvement.

· Develop clear and engaging benefits communications to improve employee understanding and uptake.

· Lead or contribute to global benefits harmonisation projects and wider reward initiatives.

· Evaluate new benefits, technologies and process improvements, making recommendations to management.

About You

· Demonstrable experience managing employee benefits within a large professional services, law firm or corporate environment.

· Experience operating across a global or international benefits landscape would be highly beneficial.

· Strong knowledge of benefits design, market practice and provider management.

· Experience managing third-party providers, brokers and annual renewal processes.

· Strong project management skills, ideally with experience of harmonisation or transformation projects.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify benefits information and engage employees.

· Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner across HR, Finance and senior leadership.

· Commercial and financial awareness, including experience managing benefits budgets and spend.

· Knowledge of global mobility and international benefits would be advantageous.

· Previous line management experience, or the ability to manage and develop two Benefits Administrators.

Why Apply?

This is a newly shaped opportunity within a global reward function that is receiving investment and senior leadership support. You will have the opportunity to influence how benefits are designed, communicated and delivered across a growing international firm, while contributing to wider reward initiatives and employee experience improvements.

If you are an experienced Benefits Manager looking for a global role with scope to shape, improve and influence, please apply. For a confidential discussion or further information, please contact Kate Headford at Frazer Jones.
