Benefits Specialist, FTC

We’re seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to join a business-critical programme focused on the separation of the organisation’s benefits platform. This is a fully remote FTC position based in the UK until March 2027.

Working alongside a small Reward team and reporting into the Head of Reward, you’ll focus exclusively on delivering this project, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the separation and transition of the Darwin benefits platform
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations and invoicing
• Provide benefits system configuration support
• Conduct payroll validation and checking
• Lead and support testing activities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure successful delivery

You will be an experienced Benefits and Reward specialist and with strong experience of working with benefits platforms. You will have knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration with strong supplier and stakeholder management skills. Experience supporting system implementations, migrations or separations is highly desirable as well as the use of Darwin. The client is looking for an immediate start.
