The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced AI Capability & Learning Consultant to support a large-scale technology transformation programme within a complex global organisation.
This role will play a key part in accelerating the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working by building capability, confidence and practical application across the business. Working across People, Technology, Product, Engineering and business functions, you’ll design and deliver learning and capability solutions that drive measurable adoption of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on with design, delivery and stakeholder engagement.
To be successful, you must have previous experience operating as a Capability Lead or similar on a large-scale technology transformation programme within a global, matrix organisation.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience operating as a Capability Lead, Learning Lead, Capability Consultant or similar on a major technology transformation programme.
- Experience working within a large-scale, global matrix organisation.
- Strong background in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Change, Capability or Workforce Transformation.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing capability programmes that drive adoption, behavioural change and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI and workplace productivity technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide learning and capability initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation and storytelling capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
