Compensation & Total Rewards Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market pricing analyses to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Maintain job architecture, including job families, leveling frameworks, and compensation structures within HR systems.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, incentive payouts, and other reward programs.
  • Partner with leadership, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams on compensation recommendations, offer strategy, and job evaluations.
  • Support pay equity initiatives and compliance with applicable pay transparency regulations.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders on workforce planning, budgeting, and compensation forecasting.
  • Administer and enhance compensation-related processes, governance, reporting, and compliance activities.

Benefits Administration

  • Oversee the administration of health, wellness, retirement, and employee wellbeing programs.
  • Manage relationships with benefit vendors, brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit offerings while balancing employee experience and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead annual benefits renewals and open enrollment activities.
  • Monitor utilization, costs, and market competitiveness of benefit programs.
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to leadership regarding total rewards programs.
  • Maintain benefits documentation, policies, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with market pricing, compensation surveys, and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience administering and managing employee benefit programs.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage both compensation and benefits responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience with Workday or similar enterprise HR systems preferred.
