Compensation Lead
Our client, a leader in the financial services space, is looking for a dynamic Compensation Lead. In this pivotal role you will have the visibility of reporting in directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer as well as the Head of Global Compensation. The initial challenge will be improving data integrity and managing year-end processes. Strong advanced Excel skills are required. The ideal candidate will come from the financial and professional services industry with 5+ years of experience in compensation and data management. A bachelor’s degree is required with master’s highly preferable. Demonstrated stable record of success combined with strong interpersonal skills is critical for success in the role. Ability to work onsite in mid-town Manhattan 4 days/week is required.
