Director of Compensation, Global (Shanghai based)
Location: Shanghai (Global HQ)
We’re scaling globally-and we need a visionary to build our compensation strategy from the ground up. This is your chance to shape executive pay, incentive design, and global benchmarking for a company that’s changing the world.
What You’ll Do:
- Build global compensation policy outside China
- Lead executive pay strategy and incentive design
- Benchmark against global standards and top-tier firms
- Collaborate with global HR and finance leaders
Who You Are:
- 10+ years in compensation & benefits
- Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills
- Working experiences at Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, or Pearl Meyer preferred
- Multinational, sharp, and upbeat
- Preferably from heavy industry
