Location: Shanghai (Global HQ)

We’re scaling globally-and we need a visionary to build our compensation strategy from the ground up. This is your chance to shape executive pay, incentive design, and global benchmarking for a company that’s changing the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build global compensation policy outside China
  • Lead executive pay strategy and incentive design
  • Benchmark against global standards and top-tier firms
  • Collaborate with global HR and finance leaders

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years in compensation & benefits
  • Fluent in English, with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Working experiences at Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, or Pearl Meyer preferred
  • Multinational, sharp, and upbeat
  • Preferably from heavy industry
