Director Talent Acquisition APAC

With an established presence, the company is continuing on its growth trajectory and is projecting a +30% headcount growth, positioning itself for success in the global arena. This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader with APAC experience to helm the team across multiple geographies. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this role will design, drive and implement the talent strategy for APAC. You will lead a team of seasoned recruiters based in Asia to successfully recruit for talents while focusing on enhancing employer branding and candidate experience. As the team lead, you will closely partner and work with your HR team and business stakeholders for consultation and feedback, to consistently update and improve recruitment policies and procedures. You will need to monitor recruitment metrics/data/reporting and be a mentor and leader to your Talent Acquisition team.
Ideal Profile
The client is seeking a seasoned recruitment leader (minimally 12-15 years of experience) with a proven track record in in-house Talent Acquisition roles within industries such as IT Consulting / IT Services / Infrastructure / Technology in mid to large size (headcount size of 500 and above) organizations. Regional (Asia Pacific) experience is a must-have. Experience in Global portfolios or if you have covered Europe / US, would be an advantage (please describe the geographical extent of the countries you have successfully recruited for). You have a passion for developing people and leading recruitment teams. A strong and stable track record of career growth in your past organizations is a must-have.
