Early Careers Programme Manager (12 month FTC)
Frazer Jones are supporting a top law firm in securing an Early Careers Programme Manager. In this role you will contribute towards the execution of the international Early
Careers Development strategy. You’ll report into the Early Careers Development Manager and will be responsible for the programme management of graduates within a number of the firm’s UK offices.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Rotation management: Work with colleagues to plan the cyclical rotational moves for graduates under programme management.
- Performance management: Manage the end-to-end performance management process for graduates under programme management. This will involve working with graduates, and supervisors to ensure the performance management timelines are adhered to and completing 1:1 mid rotation review with the graduates.
- Programme management: Lead all programme management activity for the graduates under management, for example organisation of networking and skills sessions and practice group insight sessions.
SKILLS
- Comfortable operating in a matrix environment
- Previous experience of working in a complex, global environment, and demonstrated success of delivering change
- Previous experience of early careers programme management (high volume rotation management) required
- Experience of budget management required
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage conflicting deadlines
