ER – Employment Lawyer

I’m partnering with a global law firm client who is looking to hire an Employment Lawyer (around 4 PQE) to join their Employee Relations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a truly international environment, advising on a wide range of employment law matters, supporting HR and senior leaders, and helping shape firm‑wide policies and ER strategy.

The role offers a mix of:

* Advisory work (contentious + non‑contentious)

* Transaction exposure

* Policy development and process improvement

* Cross‑functional collaboration with the wider HR, legal and business teams

* Delivering training and staying ahead of legal developments

My client is looking for a qualified employment lawyer who is commercially minded, pragmatic, and confident managing sensitive issues in a fast‑paced environment.
